Jack White And Josh Homme Discuss Who Would Win In A Fight Between Them

Jack White joined Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme as the latest guest of his radio show over the weekend, and the two covered a wide range of topics — including who would win a fight between the two of them. The QOTSA frontman thought White would be the victor without hesitation, but he didn't agree.

“When we were on tour? No, absolutely not,” White countered. “But I don’t know why that’s such a thing [for us to fight].”

“See, that’s so us, that we would both say the other,” Homme said, before White argued that Homme is “like six inches taller" than him.

“I’m actually a hugger,” Homme replied.

Elsewhere in the chat things were a little more serious. They discussed The Raconteurs frontman's recent admission to never owning a cell phone.

“What I don’t like is the generalization of different cultures,” White said. “If you generalize everything about them, usually that’s considered a politically incorrect thing to do. If someone says: ‘How do you record your album, Jack?’ I say I record it on tape. OK, I got my headline: ‘Jack White hates all technology.’ Got it. That’s not what I said. You’re just asking what I prefer, but then it becomes — now I’m defending what I’m actually doing in real life and I shouldn’t have to do that."

The Raconteurs recently released their comeback album Help Us Stranger and are currently on tour to support it. Check out a full list of dates here.
