Groves Man Faces Up To 90 Years In Federal Prison

A Groves man faces up to 90 years in federal prison after being found guilty of 40 charges

including conspiracy to commit mail fraud and use of a fire in commission of a felony.

According to court documents, beginning in 2011, 51-year old Patrick Wayne Bronnon, and

others, began executing a scheme to defraud various insurance companies through fraudulent

claims on houses and vehicles. Homes were intentionally damaged by fire for claims. Bronnon

faces up to 20 years for the mail fraud and up to 70 years for the use of fire in commission of a

felony.
