That hour we lost is a REAL thing and due to that in 1999 Boston University professor William Anthony, Ph.D., and his wife, Camille Anthony, created National Napping Day to follow the day we "spring forward"! The two wanted to promote sleep health and encourage everyone to catch up on lost sleep with a quick daytime snooze. Hey, it's DOCTOR ORDERS, who am I to argue??!!???
