I have always said beach therapy is the BEST therapy!! Living on the Gulf Coast with beaches just a short drive away we always enjoy "getting away" and we always seem refreshed and recharged when we do. Now science shows that regular beach trips can improve your health, both physically and mentally so I have to agree!
