Ah Summertime...we LOVE that but living here on the coast that also means Hurricane Season and we DON'T love THAT!!!

The good news is this Hurricane season is predicted to be a "slightly weaker" season. Typically the activity, especially for us along the Texas coast, is quiet until later in the season. Fewer hurricanes hit the US in June and even July because of the lack of deep tropical moisture..

So with that being said, no need to panic although we tend to get a little jumpy at the thought of hurricane season since most of us here suffer with Post Traumtic Stress Disorder from storms ie. Rita, Ike, and most recently, Harvey! The key is being prepared and having a plan set in place in the event a storm does hit.
