Ticket specials
Today (3/21/19):Admission is free to anyone who attends opening ceremonies.
Sunday:H-E-B Fair Share for Hunger Sunday. Fairgoers get free admission if they bring six non-perishable H-E-B product can foods to donate to the Southeast Texas Food bank.
Monday:Flint Hills Resources $1 night. Admission is $1 with a coupon from ford-park.com . All carnival rides are $2.
Tuesday:Education First Family Fun Night. Admission is free with a coupon from educationfirstfcu.org. Coupon holders can purchase a Carnival Americana wristbands for $20.
Wednesday:$2 Ride Night.
March 28:Military and First Responders Appreciation Night. Active, retired, reserve military, National Guard and disabled veterans and their dependents receive free admission with a valid military ID.
March 31:Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Cantastic Sunday. Patrons who bring an empty six-pack of Coca-Cola or Dr Pepper are admitted free and can purchase carnival ride wristbands for $20. The cans will be donated to charity.
Ford Exhibit Hall
The fair's exhibit hall plays host to a car and boat show and an upscale indoor vendor market.

H-E-B Kids Fun Zone
Ford Pavilion will feature rides, games and food for younger attendees. The Fun Zone will include a petting zoo with camel and pony rides for $6 per ride. The Southwest Dairy Museum Mobile Classroom will be offering a demonstration of the mechanical milking process.
Carnival Americana Midway
Fairgoers can enjoy their favorite rides — Alien Abduction, any one? — on this year's midway. Fort Worth-based Carnival Americana will provide the carnival midway again this year with more than 40 rides.
Cost:Rides require two to five tickets; individual tickets are $1; unlimited-ride wristbands are $35.
Harold Engstrom Memorial Special Kids Rodeo
This annual event is a special rodeo performance for mentally or physically challenged children. It takes place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. today before the fair opens to the general public.
YMBL Championship Rodeo
The Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association-sanctioned event brings excitement and intensity to Ford Arena. The rodeo is included with fair admission.
