Beginning today, restaurants in Texas will be reduced from 75% capacity to 50% capacity until
further notice. Governor Greg Abbott made the announcement on Friday morning. Under the
order, bars along with rafting and tubing businesses have been closed. Outdoor gatherings of
100 or more people must be approved by local governments, with certain exceptions.
