The Sabine River Authority of Louisiana is having a special board meeting today to discuss
selling water to Texas. The agency has been talking about the possibility of selling water from
Toledo Bend to Texas for about the past year and a half.Executive Director Warren Founds
says Texas needs water, and Louisiana is trying to figure out some way to get rid of it. Today's
meeting is at 1 p.m. at Cypress Bend Resort.
