The DPS has released additional information on an auto/pedestrian fatality in Tyler County. 41-year old
Jason Willaims, of Jasper, was struck by a vehicle on Highway 69 south of Woodville. The 18-year old
driver accused of hitting him left the scene and was located Saturday morning. The case is expected
to be turned over to the Tyler County District Attorney’s Office.
