Another phase of the I-10 interchange project is slowing traffic in Beaumont. The underpass at Calder has traffic down to one lane in both directions. Crews are installing concrete box culverts, a project that is expected to last up to four months. This is a Tex-Dot project, not the city of Beaumont.
