Port Arthur police have identified the victim from Sunday afternoon’s fatal collision on the MLK Bridge heading to Pleasure Island. 18-year old Xavier Alday, of Beaumont, died at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital. The investigation into the fatality continues.
