An arrest has been made in an auto/pedestrian crash that occurred in April. 68 year old Etta Stelly was arrested Tuesday morning. She is charged with striking and killing 43 year old Brandy Gail Buck in the 5700 block of North Major Drive in Beaumont. Buck had ran into the roadway chasing her dog. Stelly is charged with collision involving death.
