We are feeling it at the gas pump. Triple A Texas is reporting that the average price for a gallon in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area is $3.47, which is up 37 cents from last week. A year ago on March 20th we were paying $2.65. The statewide average is up 32 cents to $3.60, and the national average is up 28 cents to $3.91 a gallon.
