Detectives with the Orange Police Department believe retaliation is the motive in a Sunday night shooting in the 2300 block of 8th Street. The male victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition. 21-year-old Tylin Lightfoot, 17-year-old Larry Phillips, and a 16-year-old juvenile are in custody charged with deadly conduct.
