A Nederland man arrested last week and charged with possession of child pornography appeared in a Jefferson County courtroom this morning as passed out. 30-year-old Christoper Joesph Smith was in Judge John Stevens’ courtroom on a bond reduction request when he collapsed. The hearing was halted and Smith was taken for medical treatment. His current bond is $800,000.
